Über die Ausstellung:

It was still a little dark as a light summer wind blew through the quiet construction site. In the twilight the readymades stirred themselves awake. Some were lying down, some standing, some hanging and some leaning. From their positions they greeted each other with a friendly “goodmorning”. Each of them took their time to stretch and move around a little. Today would be another long day. Soon the sun would rise over and the stillness would be disrupted by the first workers arriving on site.
The readymades returned to their positions and prepared themselves. They were one less than yesterday. One of them had been taken – quietly observed, picked up by curiosity, wrapped in a piece of cloth and carried away. Perhaps another one of them would be taken today. Trying to look their best, each readymade secretly hoped it would be them. That today would be the day that she would notice them.
